shipping took a while but customer service was always quick to reply and update me on my package. the plushies were sorta wrinkled too when they came since they vacuum seal the plushies. i emailed them about it and they gave me some tips on how to remove the wrinkles and for the most part, they're gone now. overall i had a good experience with this company.
