How long does it take to process and fulfill an order?
Orders are processed the following business day, it will take 1 - 3 days after your order has been processed to fulfill and ship your order.

What about shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping for the majority of our products through our private carriers. Delivery times depend on your location. You can use our estimator on the cart page to estimate when your order will be delivered.

My order has been in transit for more than 30 days, what's going on?

If your order has surpassed 30 days in transit, please contact us at support@plushico.com. Your order should not be in transit for more than 30 days unless specified otherwise.

I need to make an adjustment to my order/I have entered the wrong shipping information.
Orders are processed the following business day so please make any adjustments to your order before then. If you have entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us at support@plushico.com, before your order is processed. We might be able to change the shipping information before your order is sent out. We are not responsible if your order has been shipped out with the wrong shipping information.
