Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund/return policy, which means that you have 30 days after delivery (not including cosmetics and personal goods such as cups and straws) to request a refund/return.
To start a refund/return, you can contact us at support@plushico.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund/return will not be accepted. Items must be sent back at the buyer’s expense unless it is for a legitimate reason (damages and issues).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like cosmetics and personal goods (such as cups and straws). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We are temporarily suspending exchanges due to health and safety risks related to COVID-19.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, contact us at support@plushico.com with the headline "Exchange" and let us know what product you want equivalent to the one you return.
Cancellations
Requests to cancel orders after they have been processed and shipped are subject up to a 50% cancellation fee of the total order value under normal circumstances. In order to avoid the fee, you must receive the order and return it to the shipper's warehouse or deny the delivery of the order. Once returned, your refund will be approved and the refund process started. Orders that have been processed but not yet shipped can only be canceled on a case-to-case basis. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
